實驗課程名稱：動物模式之開發及建立

各種動物模式應用於臨床醫學、藥物開發、基礎研究，是一個重要的課題，一個正確的動物模式的建立，將縮短研究人員先前的摸索，尤其是臨床前的測試分析扮演相當重要的角色。

本研習營將以原理搭配實務經驗，教導學員如何進行帕金森症特定動物模式建立，透過實作使得學員得以順利上手，期能直接將此模式應用於其基礎研究，藥物測試及臨床上之探討，以2人為一組，藉以訓練親自動手及對動物模式的了解及應用。

Introduction of Parkinson’s disease model: (2 hr)
